Patupa soldiers descend on Kuami Eugene after unsavory comments about Patapaa

The "Angela" hitmaker in an interview with Regina Van Helvert on the Rhythmz Live Thursday (June 21) revealed that he turned down Patapaa's collaboration because he makes too much noise in his music.

“He (Patapaa) says he needs me on a song, he’s calling me for a feature and I said no I’m not ready," Kuami Eugene said.

He added that there's no chance for future collaborations because "he makes too much noise."

Some fans of Patapaa who took offence from his statement immediately reacted with jabs on various social media networks. Meanwhile, the 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards "New Artiste of the Year" winner, took to twitter to apologize, saying it was a joke.

Whether joke or not, Patapaa has released a diss song where he washed Kuami Eugene squarely. Interesting times ahead.
